Biothik Shipping & Delivery Information

All orders are sent in discreet packaging. Biothik uses Australia Post (and partners for international orders) for all domestic and international deliveries. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is to be at home during business hours. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, Australia post will leave a card so you can pick it up from your closest post office, if you are getting receipted delivery.

Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, check with your local post office first.

  • Orders placed before 11am AEST will be sent that day via the postage service you selected**

**Note: Biothik Australia’s office is open from Tuesday – Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend or Monday will be fulfilled on Tuesday, or next business day. We are closed over the Easter break, regular public holidays in NSW and from the 23rd December till 5th January each year. Orders placed during these times will be fulfilled upon our return.

* Biothik Australia is unable to guarantee that the Express Post service provided by Australia Post is a next day service.

International orders:

International postage fees vary according to country, distance to travel and weight of the parcel. We ship to most countries, but not all (we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause). If our cart doesn’t support your country please contact us via email: sales@biothik.com.au . Postal fees are for international orders are disclosed during the check out process.

Regular postage (via Australia Post):

  • Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Gold Coast: Allow 2-5 business days
  • Perth, Regional NSW, Victoria: Allow 4-7 business days
  • Regional WA/NT: Allow 5-14 business days

International:

Delivery times vary from country to country depending on region and distance the parcel may travel. There are many things that can delay a delivery (inclement weather, customs, transfers between international couriers, etc). Please allow between 10 – 21 days for delivery. Patience is a virtue!

How do I register for my warranty?

All HairMax devices purchased through Biothik Australia or their website include an automatic 2-year factory warranty. This warranty is based off the serial # found on the device. Therefore, it is not necessary to register your warranty. For warranty questions or concerns, please contact a customer support specialist between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm AEST, Monday through Friday, at +61 (02) 9212 4950.

I would like to send my HairMax laser device back for a return for a refund. Where do I send it to and how long does the refund take?

If you purchased directly through Biothik Australia, we offer 7-month money-back guarantee (less a 25% restocking fee off the purchase price). Prior to returning, please call us to speak with an experienced customer support representative, +61 (02) 9212 4950. Our customer support hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm AEST. When returning your HairMax laser device, please include the RMA # (given to you by a Biothik Australia representative) on the front of the package. Ship Returns to: Biothik Australia 113/410 Elizabeth St, Surry Hills NSW 2010. When shipping your HairMax laser device, it is a good idea to obtain a tracking # from the courier service for your records. This will allow you to see when your package was received by Biothik Australia. Once returned, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to issue back to your method of payment.

May I return my HairMax outside of the money-back guarantee period?

Only orders placed directly through HairMax Australia are eligible for the 7-month money-back guarantee. Once outside of the 7 month period, you may no longer return the device. The 7-month money-back guarantee is effective from the date of delivery.

May I return the Biothik hair care products if I am not satisfied?

If purchased through our special Hairmax-Biothik bundle offer, in the event of return of the Laser Device, you may keep the HairMax hair care products as our gift to you.

Do you provide a warranty on the HairMax laser devices?

We strive to provide the highest quality products in the world.  The HairMax laser devices come with a two-year factory warranty. If your HairMax device is not functioning properly, you may need to send it back us and we will liaise with the manufacturer (Hairmax) on your behalf.  Hairmax will determine whether it is to be repaired or replaced by their warranty department. If the HairMax device is still within the 2-year warranty time period, the device will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the device is outside the warranty period, please contact a Biothik representative for further assistance (between the hours of 9am and 4pm AEST, Monday through Friday, at +61 (02) 92124950.   For complete warranty terms, please refer to the ‘User Manual’ included in the box with your device. Prior to sending your HairMax back for repair, please contact us with the device, power cord and cradle available for troubleshooting. Kindly call between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm AEST, Monday through Friday, at +61 (02) 9212 4950. An experienced Biothik Australia Representative will be standing by for further assistance.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

The HairMax laser devices are backed with a 7-month money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the device for a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee. This money-back guarantee is effective from the date of delivery. You will be required to pay for the return shipping costs and the applicable restocking fee (stated above). Please note that only orders placed directly through Biothik Australia are eligible for the money-back guarantee. Prior to sending your HairMax back for return, kindly contact our customer support between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm AEST, Monday through Friday, at +61 (02) 9212 4950. A Biothik Australia representative will be standing by to assist you with an RMA number and complete shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
