Biothik Shipping & Delivery Information
All orders are sent in discreet packaging. Biothik uses Australia Post (and partners for international orders) for all domestic and international deliveries. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is to be at home during business hours. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, Australia post will leave a card so you can pick it up from your closest post office, if you are getting receipted delivery.
Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, check with your local post office first.
You will receive an Australia post tracking number on your confirmation email, you can track the parcel online: https://m.auspost.com.au/view/tracking
Postage and Handling
Shipping costs for all products are as follows:
Spend up to $60.00.
- Regular Post $4.95 – Allow 5 – 7 Business Days
Spend more than $60
- Regular Post Free – Allow 5 – 7 Business Days
– All orders in excess of $100 will be sent ‘Receipted Delivery’ and will require a signature upon delivery.
– Orders placed before 11am AEST will be sent that day via the postage service you selected**
– All orders placed after 11am AEST will be processed and sent next business day.
**Note: Biothik Australia’s office is open from Tuesday – Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend or Monday will be fulfilled on Tuesday, or next business day. We are closed over the Easter break, regular public holidays in NSW and from the 23 rd December till 4 th January each year. Orders placed during these times will be fulfilled upon our return.
* Biothik Australia is unable to guarantee that the Express Post service provided by Australia Post is a next day service.
International postage fees vary according to country, distance to travel and weight of the parcel. We ship to most countries, but not all (we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause). If our cart doesn’t support your country please contact us via email: [email protected] . Postal fees are for international orders are disclosed during the check out process.
Estimated Delivery Times
Regular postage (via Australia Post):
- Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Gold Coast: Allow 2-5 business days
- Perth, Regional NSW, Victoria: Allow 4-7 business days
- Regional WA/NT: Allow 5-14 business days
Delivery times vary from country to country depending on region and distance the parcel may travel. There are many things that can delay a delivery (inclement weather, customs, transfers between international couriers, etc). Please allow between 10 – 21 days for delivery. Patience is a virtue!

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. Try any product risk free. If you don’t think an item is as effective as we’ve said it would be, simply return the container, even if it’s completely empty, within 30 days of your purchase date, using our easy return process outlined below. We’ll refund the entire purchase price less shipping and handling, no questions asked. Laser device products (Hairmax, Theradome, Capillus, etc) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in as new condition, including packaging. Please see how to process returns below.
